FAQ
1. Please email office@stillwaterscamp.org immediately if:
a. You received an email saying that your child would get a package, but you haven't received it yet.
b. You are missing some items from your gift package.
c. Item(s) were received damaged or defective.
d. Your child's ID card is damaged or incorrect.
e. You have questions about the photo uploader app.
2. How can we participate without the gift package?
To help you prepare for the weekend's events, you will find supply lists, tutorials, printables, and other helpful information under the Resources button on the website.
3. My child needs a different shirt size.
Just notify office@stillwaterscamp.org and we will try to accommodate you. (We dispersed shirt sizes based on information in the camper's profile.)
4. Those camp dates and/or times won't work for us.
That’s okay. The website will be available for a while and you can have your Home Camp whatever days or times fit your family's schedule.
